Pre-orders:
All items purchased as pre-orders will be processed and shipped out as soon as the items are available. Please look out for an email from us with an update when your item is shipped out.
International shipping:
Our international shipments typically take 4-7 business days for transit. Please note that this timeframe represents an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen logistical challenges. Rest assured, we strive to expedite the shipping process as much as possible. Upon shipment, you'll receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your order. Duties and Taxes:
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable duties and taxes to clear the package. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to us or discarded by the courier. In such cases, Not A Brand will not issue refunds or replacements for the order.
Missed Package Deliveries:
If you miss the delivery of your package and it is returned to our warehouse, we can offer a refund for the value of the items ordered, minus a return shipping and restocking fee. The fee varies depending on your shipping address. Please note that the original shipping fee for your order will not be refunded.

What if my tracking says “delivered” but I did not receive it?
If you’re tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered with proof of delivery, but you have not received it, we understand the concern and are here to assist you promptly. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivery notice so we can investigate the issue and take appropriate action to ensure you receive your package.While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of all packages, please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. In such cases, we recommend filing a complaint directly with the courier for further investigation.

Can I cancel or change my order?
